Death Star is a classic Ohio creation that blends Sensi Star × Sour Diesel, resulting in a pungent, high-impact hybrid with knockout effects and rubbery gas on the nose. Originally a clone-only strain passed through Midwest circles in the early 2000s, it’s gained cult status for its knockout body high, skunky fuel aroma, and heavy trichome production.
At PLNTD, we took a verified Ohio cut of Death Star and launched a 3-year breeding project to create the first true Death Star autoflower. By carefully backcrossing with a resin-loaded autoflower donor, we stabilized the autoflowering trait without sacrificing the strain’s signature flavor, structure, or potency. The result is a compact, fast-finishing version of a Midwest legend — now easier than ever to grow from seed to harvest in our PLNTD grow autoflower grow kits!
